Crossing the genes of Tetris, Connect Four, and Puyo Puyo, Bittorio is a competitive 2D strategy/puzzle game set in a forgotten robot laboratory. Compete against a friend in local multiplayer or attempt to take on the challenging AI.

Polished a set of unique puzzling mechanics into an immediately fun and competitive game.
Prototyped new game features and game systems.
Programmed the core gameplay loop, animations, and mechanics.
Tested weekly iterations of the game with new players to inform design decisions.
Scripted audio triggers and musical transitions.

A 60 day Summer redesign effort
In preparation for demoing our game at the DigiPen PAX Arcade, we executed a massive redesign of the gameplay, audio, and art over the Summer.
Working mostly from home, I kept the team motivated by showing our progress with frequent Slack updates.
I integrated in the new assets including environment models, new music, and robot animations.
I implemented new gameplay systems that improved clarity and pacing.
We completed the transformation in only 60 days.
